Marius Nørsøller from Skjern Håndbold has signed a one-year loan deal with HØJ Elite and will join the squad when the team reports back for pre-season next week.
The 20-year-old Nørsøller thereby becomes part of HØJ Elite's strong playmaker trio, which already includes Linus Arnesson and Mads Bøgh.
Sporting director Hans Lindberg says of the deal with Marius Nørsøller:
“Marius came through Talentakademiet Ringkøbing-Skjern and has worked with real focus toward making his league debut for Skjern Håndbold. He managed that last season, when he truly broke through in the league match against GOG and was named player of the match.
Marius brings both pace and penetration power, and there's no doubt we're adding a skilled and dedicated playmaker with a strong work ethic. He's already shown that he delivers when he gets his chance.”
Marius Nørsøller is looking forward to the move to HØJ Elite:
“I've given it a lot of thought, both for and against leaving the comfort of Skjern, but I've settled well into my decision to become part of a really exciting project at HØJ Elite. I see it as a great chance to add more strings to my game. I'm really looking forward to the coming season and to getting to know the people in and around the club.”
Marius Nørsøller came to Talentakademiet Ringkøbing-Skjern from Stavtrup IF near Aarhus, where he spent three years developing in Skjern Håndbold's talent environment.
His official senior debut for Skjern came in the cup match against Odder Håndbold in 2024, while his league debut followed against Mors-Thy Håndbold in October 2025.
We give Marius Nørsøller a warm welcome to the HØJ family.
