HØJ Elitehåndbold is bolstering its off-court operations with the appointment of Regina Højfeldt Flittner as its new commercial manager, responsible for the club's sales and marketing.
Regina Højfeldt Flittner brings solid experience in commercial development, partnerships, networking and events, and will help take HØJ Elite's commercial platform to the next level.
She takes up the role on 1 October 2026 and will also be the main point of contact for HØJ Elite's many business partners.
Helle Rasmussen, director at HØJ Elite, explains:
"We had a large and diverse pool of applicants and ran a thorough recruitment process. It quickly became clear that Regina was a really good match for us. She brings strong skills, a high energy level and the right personal qualities for a role with plenty of balls in the air and lots of external relationships," says Helle Rasmussen, adding:
"I'm really looking forward to working with Regina, the rest of the administration and our business partners to develop HØJ Elite's commercial platform even further in the coming years. It's a clear area of focus for us, so we can add another layer to our growth."

Regina Højfeldt Flittner is therefore set to become a central part of HØJ Elite's continued commercial development – something she is looking forward to herself.
