Two more points went on the board in Saturday's home game at Ølstykke-Hallen, though it wasn't without a few bumps along the way.

There was plenty of nerve and intensity in the game, and we had to wait right until the final seconds before the man of the match, Simen Schønningsen, sealed the deal for a 37-35 final score. 🔥

Twelve minutes into the second half, though, there wasn't much to suggest the game would almost turn into a real nail-biter 😬

At that point the HØJ Elite men were comfortably ahead 28-22 🤩

The visitors battled on heroically, however, with a skilful Tobias Bro Veilgaard proving a constant threat to the HØJ defence.

That was part of why the Jutlanders managed to level at 32-32 eleven minutes later. But the HØJ side had other ideas in the closing minutes, led by a brilliant Lasse Andersson, and so there was thankfully cause to celebrate in the end. 🙌

Lasse Andersson was top scorer with nine goals, while big praise also goes to both Lukas Karlskov and Thomas Solstad, who likewise delivered two strong performances. 🤩

Next up is a tough away game in Grindsted. That clash is played on Sunday 18 October at 16.00. ⭐️

As always, we hope to see plenty of the HØJ family in the stands when we head over to Jutland 🥳
