HØJ Elite is strengthening the coaching team around the women's side with Danish Peter Nørklit, who joins with immediate effect.
Nørklit is already goalkeeper coach at HØJ Håndbold for the oldest youth age groups and the men's 2nd division. He has also previously held a similar role on HØJ Elite's men's side.
The former Danish international keeper brings a wealth of experience from his many years as a top goalkeeper, including in Spain, and he was also a reliable last line of defence for HØJ Elite in the period 2014-2019.
Director at HØJ Elite, Helle Rasmussen:
"We've been looking for a relevant sparring partner for our three keepers on the women's side, and until now Peter hasn't been able to set aside the time the job requires. But it's working out now, and we're of course really pleased about that. We've known Peter for many years, during which he has contributed both as a player and as a goalkeeper coach, but so far only on the men's and boys' side."

Peter Nørklit has played 131 senior internationals for Denmark in the period 1994-2016.
Besides HØJ Elite, he has represented Portland San Antonio and Altea in Spain, while he has also had spells at FCK, AG København and Nordsjælland Håndbold in the Danish league.
