Double Champions League winner joins HØJ Elite

HØJ Elite is proud to announce that talented Norwegian right wing Tuva Høve is joining the club on a two-year deal from the summer of 2026.
25-year-old Tuva Høve currently plays for the Romanian giants SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea. Before that, she enjoyed great success at Vipers Kristiansand, where she won the Champions League twice and three Norwegian league titles.
On top of that, Tuva Høve has also earned several caps for Norway.
So it's a player with an impressive CV who is coming to HØJ Elite, and the signing has sparked plenty of excitement from club chairman Helle Rasmussen, who is looking forward to the partnership.
“It's great that Tuva has chosen HØJ. Despite her young age, she's an experienced player of the highest calibre. Tuva is clinical from the wing and masters the fast break, which are some of the areas we've been looking to strengthen. With Tuva on board, we'll be extremely strong in that position going forward,” says Helle Rasmussen, adding:
“At the same time, we expect Tuva to help develop our team, as she has a strong winning mentality and, given her background, knows what it takes to reach the very top. We're really looking forward to benefitting from those qualities too,” says the HØJ Elite chairman.
Matching ambitions Tuva Høve herself is also looking forward to the upcoming move to HØJ Elite. The ambitious project she's been presented with has impressed her, and she sees exciting prospects for the future.
“I'm really looking forward to becoming part of the club from the summer. HØJ Elite has high ambitions that match my own, and it's a project I want to be part of. I strongly believe that together we can achieve good results,” says Tuva Høve.
Tuva Høve began her handball career at Norwegian side Byåsen, before moving on to Aker Topphåndball, Vipers Kristiansand and Romanian club SCM Râmnicu Vâlcea, ahead of pulling on the HØJ Elite jersey this summer.
