Good conditions for starting the qualification round by picking up points

That's the word from head coach Anders Thomsen, who is feeling confident ahead of the qualification round, which kicks off with a local derby in Farum Arena on Wednesday night.
He shared his thoughts before the clash against TMS Ringsted – the first of four qualification matches in total.
"I see all four matches as 50/50 affairs, and I've got a good feeling about the work we're putting in right now.
We have to remember that for large parts of the regular season we've been fully competitive, and when we hit our level, I believe we can allow ourselves to aim for points in every one of the upcoming matches.
On top of that, I've seen our form trending upwards in the last few rounds, and I'm convinced that the release a win will bring is waiting just around the corner."
Home court could be a decisive factor
"And when we've also got home court for the first match, we have the perfect conditions to – together with our many fans – create an atmosphere on par with what we experienced most recently against Ribe-Esbjerg, where the stands were roaring and the fight on court was fierce.
Of course it would have been an advantage to carry points over into the qualification round, but the match schedule could turn out to matter. Our first opponents, TMS Ringsted, start with two away games and at the same time sit out the final and potentially decisive round. That's a run hardly any of the other teams would envy them for," concludes Anders Thomsen, who is looking forward to massive support from the stands on Wednesday night.
