HØJ Elite ends coaching partnership
Today, handball club HØJ Elite has decided to end its partnership with head coach Stian Tønnesen and assistant coach Patrik Liljestrand for the club's men's team, effective immediately.
The decision has been made based on an overall assessment of the club's sporting development.
"We'd like to thank Stian and Patrik for their efforts and the great commitment they've shown to HØJ Elite. Making changes to the coaching staff is never an easy decision, but as a club we have a responsibility to take the steps we believe are necessary to achieve the best possible results for the team," says Lars Vinther, CEO of HØJ Elite.
HØJ Elite is now working to find a good solution for the coming period and will provide further information once this is in place.
