The visitors, led by an outstanding Nsoni in the Tønder goal, made life more than tough for the home side during the first 30 minutes - and headed into the break with a fully deserved 18-12 lead.
At that point, there wasn't much to suggest that any points would land on our account 🤷♂️
But the HØJ Elite players came out for the second half looking like a completely different team. Plenty of energy, presence and determination immediately rubbed off on the many fans in Ølstykke-Hallen 🥳
Down 12-19 two minutes into the second half, it was turned into 21-21 just nine minutes later.
An absolutely wild comeback, and player of the match Till Klimpke played a huge part in it with an impressive save percentage of 47!! You read that right! 🤩
The players showed fantastic character over the final 30 minutes and turned the game around in style to secure a 31-28 win - every bit as important as the game was thrilling!
🎯Once again the top scorer was Lasse Andersson - this time with 10 goals.
And our talented no. 11 was also heavily involved in the "Detail of the Day" with a superb assist to Norwegian Thomas Solstad 🤩
