HØJ Elite has extended the deal with the league women's assistant coach, Kasper Jensen, meaning the partnership now runs until the summer of 2028.
Kasper Jensen joined HØJ Elite ahead of the 2025/26 season on a two-year deal, but both parties are so happy with the partnership that the agreement has already been extended until the summer of 2028.
HØJ Elite's director, Helle Rasmussen, is delighted with the extension:
"From day one, Kasper has proven himself a huge asset to the league squad and to the club in general. Kasper has exactly the personal and professional qualities that matter in his role. He's strong on the technical side, systematic and thorough, and he thrives in the role of assistant coach.
Kasper has built a really constructive and loyal working relationship with head coach Kristian Kristensen and the rest of the staff around the league squad, and with the extension of Kasper's deal that good collaboration can continue. On top of that, Kasper is also actively involved in our work developing young players at the club."
Looking forward to helping the squad keep developing For his part, Kasper Jensen is looking forward to another exciting season in Håndboldligaen.
"I feel really at home at HØJ Elite and I have a great working relationship with both the squad and the rest of the team around the side. That made it an easy and completely natural choice for me to extend the deal already now.
I'm looking forward to continuing to contribute positively to the development of the squad and the club, and I'm excited about a season where we'll build on the good form we finished last season with."
Kasper Jensen, 35, joined HØJ Elite last summer from Nykøbing Falster Håndboldklub (NFH), where he held a similar role.
