HØJ Elite's back court player Liv Navne is bowing out after three great seasons in the HØJ shirt.

Chairman Helle Rasmussen says:

"Liv joined HØJ Elite from NFH ahead of the 2023/2024 season, when we had qualified for the 1. division. Liv played a key role in our promotion to the Ligaen, and she has been valuable both on and off the court.

After a season in the Danish league in a somewhat smaller role, Liv is now moving on to a club abroad – a move I think is really good for her continued development, as she'll be able to gain valuable experience both as a handball player and as a person.

I wish Liv the very best of luck during her time abroad and look forward to following her further in her career."

Liv Navne herself says about her time at HØJ Elite:

"There are so many things I'd like to put into words. But what sums it all up best is one big THANK YOU.

Thank you for three fantastic seasons. Thank you to everyone behind the club, who run it with a huge heart every single day. Thank you to you girls, with whom I've shared every experience – promotion to the Ligaen and then playing the club's first season in the country's top tier.

Thank you to all the volunteers, who time and again do an amazing job so we players can do what we love. And thank you to the sponsors for the great support – especially my personal sponsors. I'm taking with me so many good experiences, friends and acquaintances that I truly treasure.

Now a new and exciting adventure awaits me, and I'm really looking forward to it. At the same time, I look forward to following along from the sidelines and coming back home to visit the HØJ family again. See you soon."

We wish Liv the very best of luck with her continued handball adventure and thank her for her great efforts, both on and off the court.
