Defeat in Aalborg – now a crucial home clash awaits

EH Aalborg – HØJ Elite: 33-30 (16-13)
The HØJ Elite women never quite recovered from a tough start in Saturday's important away game in Aalborg.
Trailing 2-7 after seven minutes was by no means the start we had hoped for. Even so, a comeback was brewing several times during the second half, where we had the chance to close the gap to one goal.
Unfortunately it didn't come off, and now a hugely important home game awaits this Saturday in Ølstykke-Hallen, when Skanderborg come to visit.
Once again Emma Navne was top scorer, this time with 6 goals, and after the 12th round she still tops Bambuni Kvindeligaen with a total of 86 goals.
We hope to see the entire HØJ family in Ølstykke-Hallen on Saturday – for a real handball spectacle.
