New training facilities in Sperrestrup – HØJ Håndbold lends a helping hand

On Thursday morning, HØJ Elite's Mikkel Olsen and Marita Mortensen took a trip into the woods – at Sperrestrup, to be precise – where our talented players helped out and demonstrated how to use Egedal Kommune's brand-new and impressive training facilities.
It turned out to be a lovely morning in beautiful surroundings, and the short instructional videos were nailed in the best possible way.
The new training facilities can be used by everyone – no matter the level – so if you fancy an active outing in the great outdoors, the new options in Sperrestrup Skov come highly recommended.
