CUP THRILLER IN KØGE – THROUGH TO THE LAST 16

Around 1000 spectators – including plenty from the HØJ family – made their way to Spar Nord Arena as our Liga men were given a run for their money by Køge Håndbold in the 6th round of the cup. It turned into a tough task, but one that ended happily through HØJ eyes.

FRIENDLY & CUP CLASH – FRIDAY 15 AUGUST

On Friday 15 August our women host Rødovre HK in a friendly at Ølstykke-Hallen, while our men head to Køge for the 6th round of the cup. Free entry to both matches.

GOOD LEARNING FOR THE LIGA WOMEN IN THE TEST MATCH AGAINST NFH

HØJ Elite's newly promoted Liga women got their first test against a strong Nykøbing Falster Håndbold side. Despite the clear defeat, head coach Kristian Kristensen found plenty of positives to take away.

In August, the HØJ Elite men have a packed schedule of cup and test matches lined up, including a clash with SG Flensburg Handewitt, the Annliz Cup in Sweden, and a cup tie against Køge Håndbold.
